Just some of the action packed challenges Craig has undertaken as part of BFBS TV shows include;
Royal Marines Commandoes: completing a 2km kayak across an icy Loch in Scotland, capsizing into sub zero temperatures, before swimming to shore, to be loaded up with a 50 pound rucksack and weapon for a 3 mile uphill run to finish on a rifle range sharp shooting test.

Royal Navy: participating in a Royal Navy ship simulator exercise in the multi-million pound sinking ship simulator, known as ´Havoc´, at HMS Raleigh in Cornwall, working underwater to stop leaks caused from a torpedo hit to a ship. During the exercise the simulator fills with around 70 tonnes of water and can tilt up to 20 degrees from the vertical. The simulator rocks from side to side filling with water, Craig joined a Royal Navy team from HMS Argyll working together to stem the flow of water through breaches in the hull using wooden wedges and hammers, before shoring up the bulkheads with timber to re-establish the water-tight integrity of the ship. The simulator training is part of Navy recruits´ nine week initial training course.
RAF: training to be a co-pilot for the day in a Harrier jump jet in the Falkland´s
Craig joined co-presenter interior designer Carolyn ´Wob´ Eeles on Hung, Drawn & Quartered in 2004, in 2005 and 2006 Craig´s own TV production company Avent Productions produced the fifth series filming worldwide.
Hung, Drawn and Quartered is a cross-genre lifestyle, feature show reaching 17 countries in the United Nations along with being broadcast on Royal Navy ships that gives an insight into the lives of British service men and women stationed throughout the world conveying a little comfort and normality by transforming part of their base into a little piece of home. "Where R&R doesn´t stand for rest and recreation but for re-vamp and refurbish". We meet the characters, experience the real life situations and get a taste of what life is actually like, while serving in the British Forces.
Craig, Wob and of course the service men and women, transform an area within the barracks (a bar, a gym, a mess hall etc) to dramatic effect. To add to the overall appearance of the transformation the troops are given the opportunity to win a top prize for their squad by incorporating Craig in their team for Operation Upgrade to completing a set military task. By setting the tasks we explore the natural competitive nature of the troops and also promote the very essence of what the services are all about, organisation and team-work.
Hung, Drawn & Quartered can be seen by British Forces personnel and families on BFBS1 & BFBS2.
