All Craig’s properties available to rent have undergone a full renovation having been designed and project managed by Craig himself, to the highest specification.
Properties are available in Shropshire and Merseyside - Ranging from 1,2 and 3 bedroom modern apartments to 4 and 5 bedroom detached houses, all with off road private parking, fully or partly furnished.
All Craig’s projects undergo a full major refurbishment, removing everything internally, right down to the bare brick and even on some cases removing the entire roof to create brand new mezzanine top floors as well as new basement apartments. All work is carried out to the highest level, insuring workmanship complies to current building regulations and the highest standard of insulation and sound proofing are in place.
Apartments and houses available have been completed with assistance from Craig’s partners and supporters; top of the range fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms supplied from Wickes, with state of the art under floor heating manufactured by Flexel, with insulated solid oak floor finishing’s by Floors 2 Go and various materials used in the builds supplied by Everbuild.
Some of Craig’s properties have featured on TV items for various broadcasters and on a TV design and construction series for Discovery Realtime.
Fixtures and fittings in some of apartments have been designed and chosen by popular television interior designer Gordon Whistance.
All apartments and houses are fitted with both electric smoke and fire prevention systems and key pad alarms, TV and phone points to all living room and bedrooms, security external lights front and back. All houses and apartments are let out on short or long term tenancy agreements.
