Alan Hamilton
Alan has worked alongside Craig since 2005 when he joined the team to work on the 10 x 30 series ´Conversion´. He has subsequently production co-ordinated the 6 x 30 series ´Hung, Drawn and Quartered´ for Avent having previously worked with Andy Bennett on C4´s John Lennon Night in 2000. He project managed the grand opening of Craig´s Building School liaising with Downing Street to organise Cherie Booth Q.C´s attendance.
Alan is a BA (Hon´s) Media Production graduate of Staffordshire University who began his career as a runner and production assistant working on various TV shows. He has gained his own independent commissions from The History Channel researching, producing and co-directing documentaries for broadcast on the channel. His work has also been screened on the Community Channel and in total his documentaries have received over 100 broadcasts on UK television since 2002.
Alan has interviewed several high profile people including; Sir Patrick Moore, Sir Paul McCartney, Apollo 16 moonwalker Charlie Duke, Albert Einstein´s granddaughter Evelyn Einstein, Professor Stephen Hawking and Millvina Dean, the youngest survivor of the Titanic tragedy.

Chris Kirby
Founder and director of Melcombe International, Chris has over 20 years of licensing experience working for or with international corporations such as Pearsons, Bertelsmann, Time Warner, Harrods and Ritz Paris, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the markets for home wares, gifts, fashion, jewellery, furniture, cosmetics, food, catering, music and video. Chris represents Craig´s licensing interests and is currently working on the development of the Craig Phillips brand, to create a quality range of hand and power tools along with various materials for both the professional trade and DIY market in the UK.

Avent Productions
Andy Bennett
Andy is the creative director at Avent Productions, he has produced, directed and filmed broadcast and corporate productions for Avent which he co-founded with Craig Phillips in 2004, having worked closely with Craig on hundreds of property and construction television shows for the BBC.
An experienced lighting cameraman producer and director, Andy has filmed for all the major broadcasters and various independent companies across a huge range of programmes such as features, lifestyle, entertainment, documentaries, drama, music, promos, sports and special events along with working on numerous corporate projects. In all, he has filmed on hundreds of different shows accumulating in thousands of hours of broadcast television, gaining a huge amount of experience working all over the country and abroad. Andy has worked with numerous TV personalities and presenters along with sporting personalities, notably filming interviews and items with David Beckham and various members of the current England Football team.

Diana Mackay
Diana Mackay is a specialist in book licensing worldwide, having worked for several major UK publishers and, for the past 16 years, as Foreign Rights Director of leading UK literary agency Curtis Brown. Diana works with authors, publishers and other agencies to exploit and license publishing rights in all languages. Diana is currently working with Craig on a number of publications including a much anticipated autobiography.

Property Rental
Beverley Phillips
Craig´s sister who led the family support for him throughout Big Brother and who often participates alongside Craig in charity activities. From a PR and sales background Bev has assisted in property development administration and tenancy activities for many years, she handles all property rental enquiries for apartments and detached houses throughout Merseyside and Shropshire.
